We assign an individual representative to each candidate and client relationship. This representative maintains regular contact to assure the compatibility of both parties.

Should you be unhappy or dissatisfied with a permanent candidate, within the first 3 months of their employment with you, you will give us notice of this is writing, and we will be given four weeks in which to provide a mutually acceptable replacement candidate.
